Today, we will be discussing the first challenge, that is the beginners and about its requirements.

The initial test is minimum requirement challenge. This is practically a cleverly made body weight circuit that is planned with various kinds of exercises and this entire set of exercises will be said to you to perform within a strictly given time. If you can complete it within the given time, you will be asked to perform it for the second time and if you succeed in second time too, one last time you have to complete the circle in the same way and if you manage to complete it for the third time to, bravo, you have overcome the initial milestone and are eligible to proceed to the next level.

Bar Brothers Beginner Workout Chalange

The beginner’s challenge is quite obviously for the new members of the Bar Brother team. The challenge includes:

  • Muscle ups: muscle up includes simultaneous pulling and pushing up your body and this is an excellent exercise for the upper part of the body muscles.

Number of repetitions: 4

  • Dips: one of the best CKC exercises to be named is Dips. Dips increase body weight, groups while elevating and lowering it simultaneously, helps in building muscles of the upper part of the body.

Number of repetitions: 15

  • Pushups: Push up flattens the middle portion of your body to a great extent. You can increase and decrease the level of difficulty as per your body need.

Number of repetitions: 20

  • Jumping squats: Jumping Squat tones and shapes up the Calves. Besides, this workout helps to build an anabolic environment, in the body, which again helps to build other muscle groups in your body.

Number of repetitions: 10

  • Leg raises: Leg raises help in flatten to stomach, strengthen the leg muscles and the back muscles.

Number of repetitions: 10

  • Muscle ups: Complete one circle with the goodness of upper part toning.

Number of repetitions: 4
